Is my device compatible?

Most modern smartphones, tablets, and wearables support eSIM. Check your device settings for an eSIM or digital SIM option, or review the manufacturer's specifications.

Can I use my eSIM in multiple devices?

Each eSIM profile can only be active on one device at a time. To move it, delete the profile from your current device and re-activate it on the new one using your QR code.

What happens when my data runs out?

We will notify you when your data balance is low. You can top up from your AirGlo account manage or purchase another plan instantly.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes! Your eSIM plan can be used alongside your existing physical SIM or number, so you can keep your local number while enjoying global data with AirGlo.
